With ten years of healthcare construction industry experience along with a degree and experience in Architecture with Healthcare Facilities, Russell Baldino has successfully managed a variety of healthcare renovation projects, ensuring seamless execution in highly sensitive environments. Since joining F.H. Paschen, he has continued to demonstrate his expertise in leading complex projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Russell holds the ASHE Healthcare Construction Certification (HCC) and is involved in actively managing the MD Anderson Cancer Center JOC contract. His healthcare experience includes projects for Texas institutions such as Terrell State Hospital, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Harris Health, UT Health, along with projects in Pennsylvania at facilities such as Regional Hospital of Scranton, Pittston Medical Associates, Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, and Moses Taylor Hospital. Experience at these facilities includes renovations of Behavioral Health, Intensive Care Units, Endoscopy to Lab and Office Renovations. Creating a lot of experience with working in occupied patient areas on fast-paced construction projects.
Russell is committed to upholding the highest safety and quality standards and at his previous company and won the President’s Safety Award which is awarded to the office with the safest and most intricate projects. As Senior Project Manager, he oversees procurement, field operations, and administrative functions, ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met to the client’s complete satisfaction. His ability to navigate the complexities of healthcare construction while maintaining patient safety and operational continuity makes him a valuable asset in the industry.
