Aviation

We have Broad Aviation Experience

Our extensive construction experience has given us the confidence to take on a wide variety of aviation projects. With each project, we’ve built on our past experience and improved our processes to satisfy the needs of the many different stakeholders involved. For aviation projects, the primary goal is always to maintain uninterrupted airport operations.

Our years in the industry have also allowed us to leverage our deep, diverse subcontractor and professional services network to achieve diversity and inclusion targets while maintaining our high standards for quality and reliability. We add value with the latest technologies where appropriate, and eliminate waste through continuous updating of our processes.

MORE EXPERIENCE. MORE PASCHEN.

Airside and Landside

Whether it’s constructing a new concourse no impact to aircraft operations at active gates, or minimizing vehicular traffic impact while working on or near main arterial roadways leading in and out of the airport, we have the experience to know what it takes to successfully complete projects airside and landside.

Any Size or Scale

From small concession renovations to large-scale construction projects, we’ve experienced it all. The projects we take on receive the same attention to detail, regardless or size or scale.

Airport Operations Areas (AOA) and Compressed Schedules

We’ve installed complex structures adjacent to fully operational gates with no impact to aircraft operations, coordinated and performed critical utility cutovers in compressed timeframes, completed construction projects on time in adverse weather conditions, rerouted pedestrian and vehicular traffic to minimize disruptions, and overcome numerous other obstacles common to working at a fully operational airport.

Buildings and Infrastructure

Terminals, concourses, parking lots and garages, support facilities, runways, taxiways, fuel systems, roadways and utility systems – the list goes on and on. Whether it’s vertical construction, horizontal construction, or somewhere in between. The aviation projects that we’ve completed touch virtually all components of an operating airport.

Interiors and Exteriors

We’ve completed high end interior finishes typical to premium airline clubs, functional upgrades to hold rooms and food and beverage spaces, upgrades to purely functional construction such as the removal and replacement of cooling towers, and everything in between. For each project, we’re always working to properly balance form and functionality.
