F.H. Paschen’s Project Managers and Project Engineers are essential members of our construction teams, using their strong analytical skills to help assess and direct projects and manage large teams.
Our Project Managers receive support and guidance from Paschen’s experienced and talented executive staff and are given opportunities to tackle a diverse set of real-world challenges in a wide variety of sectors and roles.
With extensive opportunities for personal development and career advancement through mentorship, support, and focused training, our Project Managers and Project Engineers build on their experience and gain training in a number of areas, including estimating, safety, quality control and assurance, scheduling (including P6 and pull planning), and value engineering.

SUPERINTENDENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
As the leaders on site for all of F.H. Paschen’s projects, Superintendents work to transform clients’ visions into reality. Superintendents are responsible for leading a team, supervising operations, coordinating schedules, and trouble-shooting problems in the field.
The Superintendent Training Program gives Project Engineers and trade Foremen who are looking to advance the opportunity and technical skills they need to achieve their goals. The program is designed to offer support and mentorship as well as invaluable training in short-term scheduling, BlueBeam, surveying, plan-reading, safety and quality control and assurance.
F.H. PASCHEN & SKILLBRIDGE
F.H. Paschen is an authorized Department of Defense (DOD) SkillBridge partner. SkillBridge provides transitioning Service members (and their spouses) with the opportunity to develop additional skills and experience to facilitate their employment in the civilian sector upon transition from military service.
The DOD identified our Assistant Superintendent Training Program (ASTP) as an ideal training program for their SkillBridge members. F.H. Paschen will be attending job and career fairs around the country with the goal of hiring Service members to join our organization.
While it’s our intention to hire Superintendent candidates through the SkillBridge partnership, we will look to fill positions across our organization at the job and career fairs we attend.
