This new 19,725 sf fire house achieved LEED Platinum Certification. was constructed based upon the current fire prototype ‘B’ design. Site work included surface parking for 34 vehicles, landscaped areas with native vegetation, and ornamental fencing. The public way was improved with new sidewalks, curbs, and landscaping. The building accommodates a staff of 28 people per each 24 hour shift.

River Grove, IL
This Guaranteed Maximum Price contract with the Village of River Grove included the renovation of an existing warehouse space into a new public works facility inclusive to new offices, washrooms, locker rooms, mechanics garage, and interior storage and workshop facilities, in addition to all associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades.
From Village Halls to Downtown Streetscapes to Administrative Offices, Paschen has completed hundreds of projects for various municipal clients ranging from repairs and renovations to new building projects.

This interior renovation was completed in ten (10) phases across three (3) floors at Sulzer Library in order to keep the building fully operational throughout construction. Work included new flooring and painting throughout the building, a new circulation desk around second floor atrium, three (3) new conference rooms, upgraded power and data, bathroom renovations at all seven (7) locations, a new building automation system, a new AV system in the auditorium, and children’s area upgrades. The entire library lighting system was also retrofit with upgraded LED fixtures.
In the past 3 years alone, Paschen has completed over 30 library projects totaling over $20 million. These projects have been completed using various delivery methods, from job order contracting to design/bid/build contracts.

Park Ridge, IL
This project at the Park Ridge Police Department includes abatement
in the ceiling and floor, demolition and construction of a new women’s
locker room, conference room, break room, roll call area, fitness room,
armory, interview room, and report room. The new Police Department
creates a more efficient space for the staff, a more accommodating space
for the women’s locker room, and a more open floor plan that allows for
easier collaboration and movement throughout.
