Mike is a highly skilled carpenter with over 22 years of construction industry experience, specializing in healthcare projects at F.H. Paschen. As the company’s National Healthcare Superintendent, he serves as a key resource, bringing extensive knowledge of healthcare construction standards, ICRA compliance, and LEAN Last Planner methodology for day-to-day scheduling with trade partners.

Mike has successfully managed field operations for prominent healthcare clients, including the University of Illinois Medical Center, University of Chicago Medicine, Cook County Health & Hospital Systems, and Rush University Medical Center. His responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring work aligns with contract drawings and specifications, and maintaining strict safety standards.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked on a wide range of healthcare projects, including operating room renovations, cancer facilities, research labs, cafeterias, NICU, and ICU areas. His hands-on field experience has given him a deep understanding of the complexities of hospital remodeling and ground-up healthcare construction, which has been invaluable in his role as Superintendent.
