F.H. Paschen Celebrates 15 Years of Building Better Communities in the Mid-Atlantic Region

Fairfax County, VA – F.H. Paschen, a 115-year-old national leader in large-scale construction and infrastructure development has recently marked its 15th anniversary in the Mid-Atlantic region at a ceremony where the company commemorated their legacy of growth, community impact and infrastructure excellence. Opened in the Summer of 2010, the Mid-Atlantic office was F.H. Paschen’s first office location outside of their Chicago-area Headquarters in the Midwest.

Since opening in 2010, F.H. Paschen’s Mid-Atlantic office has delivered more than $300 million in completed work, with a dedicated local team now exceeding 50 employees. The office’s geographic focus spans Loudoun and Fairfax counties and beyond, where it has earned a reputation for quality execution and long-term client relationships. The Mid-Atlantic F.H. Paschen team recently won the Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services “Award of Excellence for Building, Design and Construction” for their work on the Fairfax County Courtroom Renovations as well as the Hybla Valley Community Center projects.

To further strengthen its regional leadership, F.H. Paschen announced the appointment of Charles Lawler as the new head of the Mid-Atlantic office. With a deep background in construction management and public sector work, Lawler is poised to lead the team into its next chapter of strategic growth.
