The Terminal 1 Canopy project was completed in several carefully coordinated phases over a period of almost three years. It involved the construction and installment of an extensive utility overlay, steel canopy columns, box girders, cantilevered wing sections, and a number of architectural features such as skylights and painting treatments
The Terminal 2 Interiors project consisted of renovating and remodeling all the existing finishes along with complete MEP upgrades. The project was completed in 40 separate phases to allow the terminal to function at full capacity at all times.

American Airlines’ Admiral’s Club and Premium Lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport is being construction under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contract, one of the first using this contracting method in the City of Chicago. The Admiral’s Club and Premium Lounge are being completely reconfigured, redesigned, and renovated, with updated high-end furnishings and finishes, dynamic lighting, and improved access to power. This will result in more expansive and better-equipped spaces that will allow them to serve their customers better.

ATS Extension: As part of the Joint Use Consolidated Rental Car/Parking Facility and ATS (Airport Transit System) Extension at O’Hare International Airport, this project involved the construction of a bridge on the land side of O’Hare to extend the ATS from its current end point at Lot E to its new end point at the recently constructed joint use consolidated parking facility. The project involved building 33 piers to support 1,370 ft of structural steel for the new ATS.
Coffey Road: Also part of the Joint Use Consolidated Parking Facility and ATS Extension at O’Hare International Airport, the Coffey Road project involved the construction of a new roadway with access ramps to link Bessie Coleman Drive to the new consolidated parking facility. Work included bridge construction, earthwork, laying of concrete pavement and curbs, MSE Wall installation, concrete lagging/post retaining wall installation, roadway lighting, landscaping, and HMA and WMA paving.
