In the mid-1970’s, F.H. Paschen was formed in Chicago, Illinois. Back then, the majority of our work was remodeling and rehabilitation projects in the Chicago area. 

Today, our Chicago location serves as our headquarters. From here, we work the entire Midwest, providing general contractor services to Chicago, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Ohio. With expertise in a variety of sectors, we are able to provide any contracting service you need, both on time and on budget.

As a general contractor in Chicago, Illinois, we have worked on numerous projects for the Chicago Transit Authority, Midway International Airport, Chicago Public Schools, the Chicago Public Building Commission, O’Hare International Airport, and the Illinois Department of Transportation, as well as numerous other entities.

We have over 200 team members working in our Chicago, Illinois office. Many of these team members started their general contracting experience at Paschen, some as interns, and have moved up the ranks during their tenure with the company.
