Office Manager

Job Description:
This is an administrative position to provide support to the Project Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing contract paperwork, processing change orders to subcontractors, reviewing subcontractor insurance certifications to ensure contract compliance, assisting in collection and review of waivers of lien, reviewing certified payroll, processing expense reports, submitting time cards to the accounting department, ordering supplies, preparing and processing payment vouchers, general office support, as well as other duties as assigned.
Candidates must have an associates or bachelor's degree, minimum 2 years of administrative experience with a construction company, knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, basic accounting principles, good communication and organizational skills.
Project Engineer

Job Description:
The Construction Project Engineer is responsible for performing quantity take-offs, preparing proposals, collecting and compiling close-out documents, processing submittals and requests for information, as well as actively participating in project safety.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, strong AutoCAD experience, a minimum of 2 years construction experience, knowledge of basic computer applications for spreadsheets, word processing and scheduling, and good communication, teamwork and organization skills.
JOC Superintendent

Job Description:
The Superintendent is
responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the project site establishing the safety plan and is directly responsible for project safety, conducting on-site meetings with subcontractors, Owners and tradespersons, coordinating material deliveries, establishing and enforcing quality control plans, specs and local building codes. The
Superintendent is the liaison with the Owner occupant, maintains project documentation, daily reports and jobsite photos, monitors subcontractor progress, prepares CPM schedules, prepares 3-week look ahead schedules, ensures project completion dates, resolves field conflicts, identifies documents for potential change orders and backcharges.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent, experience with job order contracting-type projects, working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations, and good supervisory, communication, and organizational skills.
Quality Control Manager

Job Description:
The Quality Control Manager will be
responsible for managing, implementing, and distributing the Quality Control Plan, ensuring procedures contain qualitative and quantitative acceptance criteria, revising or issuing procedures under emergency conditions, performing periodic reviews of procedures to achieve quality objectives, directing the removal and replacement of non-conforming work, acting as liaison between team and Owner in matters pertaining to construction quality, initiating action through construction supervision to stop or modify work in the event of non-conformance to drawings, specifications, codes or regulations, developing and implementing a site-specific safety plan, in addition to other tasks as assigned.
Applicant must have, at a minimum, an associate's degree or higher, a minimum of two years quality control experience and five years experience in the construction field, as well as Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Certificate. Candidate must be well versed in all phases of construction work procedures, be an experienced hands-on manager, must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and must be a people oriented manager with good communication, technical and analytical skills.
Planner/Estimator

Job Description:
The Planner/Estimator will be responsible for attending an on-site joint scope meeting with the Owner's authorized agent to establish/confirm the scope of work for each task order, negotiating task orders and modifications, preparing and negotiating price proposals for each task order, coordinating pricing and scope of work with subcontractors and material suppliers, preparing submittal schedule and tracking submittal status, preparing and updating construction schedule, participating in meetings with Quality Control Manager, preparing agendas for progress meetings with Owner and subcontractors, working with the Superintendent assigned to the task order, monitoring subcontractor's performance, creating a schedule of values to be used for billing purposes with the Owner, negotiating the percentage of work completed to date for billing purposes with the Owner, subcontractor and suppliers, preparing operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports, and closing out task orders with the Quality Control Manager, Owner and subcontractors.
Applicant must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or construction management and a minimum of three years experience as a Project Manager or Estimator for JOC, SABER or task order contracting. Applicant must possess a strong understanding and familiarity with all construction trades and disciplines, knowledge and understanding of JOC or SABER unit price book estimating, and must have quality control training in building construction. Candidate must be well versed in all phases of facility management and new construction work procedures, must be a skilled, experienced, hands-on manager with a working knowledge in all disciplines, must have the ability to manage a number of diversified activities simultaneously, must be a people-oriented manager who combines communication, technical and analytical skills to consistently produce high quality results and must be familiar with AutoCAD.
Safety & Health Manager

Job Description:
The Safety & Health Manager will plan, develop, coordinate and supervise corporate safety, health, and environmental protection initiatives in addition to enforcing federal, state, local, and company regulations and safety requirements. The Safety & Health Manager will also implement and manage Behavioral-based safety programs.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in construction with extensive heavy and highway experience. A degree in occupational safety and health or equivalent experience along with OSHA 500 and CSP is required and CHST is desirable.
