Ken Swartz Promoted to Vice President

We are excited to announce that Ken Swartz has been promoted to Vice President! Ken will be overseeing our new office in Detroit, MI and our office in Lafayette, IN. With 39 years in the construction industry, Ken has developed a passion for building and expanding organizations.

He has managed work in almost every sector of the industry. Some of his marquee projects include building West Palm Beach Airport from the ground up, new water treatment facility for the City of Detroit valued at $275M, and an IRS Computing Center.

With oversight of both the Detroit and Lafayette offices Ken will be in the unique position to leverage the resources from both offices to help expand and grow our presence in the Midwest.

“I’m truly honored and blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of the F.H. Paschen team and for the promotion to Vice President. Jim Blair and I met 31 years ago when we worked together on the brand new Terminal 5 at O’Hare. It’s exciting to be working with him and the rest of the amazing people here at Paschen. I can’t begin to thank all of you who have reached out and offered your support since I have arrived. I’m looking forward to expanding our presence into Michigan and working with the team in Lafayette to continue to grow our presence there.”
