Job Order Contracting (JOC)
F.H. Paschen is one of the largest and most experienced Job Order Contracting (JOC) contractors in the nation. A fast-track delivery method, Job Order Contracting enables our clients to quickly and cost-efficiently get a wide variety of projects completed through a single multi-year, competitively bid contract that is awarded based on performance and price.
25 Years of JOC Experience
Our roots in Job Order Contracting go back to 1985 when Paschen established a dedicated JOC Division to meet the growing need for a more responsive and cost-effective contracting technique for municipalities, school districts, colleges and universities, and public housing authorities.
We later expanded our JOC Division to address the demands from the Department of Defense for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs), and Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABERs) nationwide.
Why Choose Paschen for JOC
We have vast JOC experience that is unmatched in the industry. Most contractors have never done JOC and don’t have the foundation to understand or handle JOC’s complexities, which include bidding/pricing for thousands of units, and managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
At Paschen our JOC division literally wrote the book on standard operating procedures for JOC, and in the last 25 years has established training, processes and controls to manage every aspect of JOC project delivery.
Through our fast, superior-quality service, Paschen has built a record of success in the JOC industry. We have completed more than 5,000 JOC projects for government and private institutions since the inception of our JOC program, and in 2007 we were named JOC Contractor of the Year by the Los Angeles Unified School District.
