Our roots in Job Order Contracting go back to 1985 when Paschen established a dedicated JOC Division to meet the growing need for a more responsive and cost-effective contracting technique for municipalities, school districts, colleges and universities, and public housing authorities.  

We later expanded our JOC Division to address the demands from the Department of Defense for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs), Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs), and Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABERs) nationwide.
