After working out east for 16 years in Estimating and Project Management, Frank "Bo" Paschen decided it was time to show the East Coast the Paschen way.
Frank “Bo” Paschen
Regional Manager
Frank has leveraged his knowledge of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions, along with his 18 years of overall construction industry experience to serve as the Regional Manager for our East Coast Operations.
He first came to Paschen as an Estimator and Project Manager in 1992. A fourth generation contractor, the love for the construction industry was in his blood. Over the years, Frank
has worked on a wide variety of new building, site development, and civil construction projects for both public and private clients.
At present, Frank is identifying opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients and the subcontracting community for upcoming proposals. When Frank isn’t working,
he spends as much time as he can with his wife and 4 children. He also enjoys spending time doing yard work and taking trips to the shore.
Favorite memory at Paschen: “My favorite memory was my first experience in estimating working on a $70M heavy highway bid in the early nineties. We were low bidder
by a fraction of a percent. To this day, it serves as a personal reminder of how competitive our industry is and the importance of leaving no stone unturned when seeking a competitive advantage.”
