Hoffman Estates, Illinois

Life Changers International built their new 130,000 sf. church on a 30 site in Hoffman Estates. The building is a precast structure that includes a main auditorium with seating for 3,000, approximately 24 classrooms, a state of the art television studio, gymnasium, 15,000 sf. of office space, conference rooms, food court, convention rooms, five acre detention pond, and a World Prayer Center auxiliary church. The main entries include colonnaded approaches, storefronts with tinted glass and a 70’ tower. Architectural finishes include mahogany millwork, quarry and porcelain tile, concealed low voltage lighting, premium carpeting, and custom moldings.

Elgin, Illinois

The Second Baptist Church of Elgin is just west of 59 on Golf Road. We teamed with architect Shive-Hattery for this design/build project, which consisted of an addition to the existing church facility and renovation to the existing building. The project consisted of a 20,000 sf. precast and masonry structure, with a parking lot expansion and landscaping. The largest feature in the addition is a multi-purpose room/gym in addition to classrooms and offices.
