Job Description:
Provide and/or coordinate full estimating services on large, complex work and all types of contracts including incorporating historical data into unit and man hour figures, conceptual (or bid work) and final estimating input on complex projects, reviewing proposal specifications, drawings and attending pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimates, etc. |
Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent training is required along with 5-8 years of estimating & cost control experience and the ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts & work with a team. |

Job Description:
You will work directly with our Controller on various duties such as the month-end close process, account reconciliations, maintaining the fixed asset depreciation schedule and other duties. |
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years accounting experience preferably in construction. Proficient computer skills; good communication/organization skills; knowledge of AS400 a plus. |
